Dialogic’s Software Business Expands Enghouse’s Product Portfolio

MONTREAL, January 3, 2020 - Enghouse Systems Limited announced it has acquired Dialogic Group Inc. from Novacap, one of Canada’s leading private equity firms.

Novacap is the first private equity firm in Canada to launch a fund dedicated to financial services.
