InnoMediaLogic (IML) is a pioneer in the area of ATM/TDM bridging technology.

The company designs, manufactures and sells Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) network adapter cards to support multimedia service applications (voice, video, data) at the server and desktop levels. From 1997 to 2000, Novacap participated in 4 rounds of financing. In 2000, Natural MicroSystems Corporation acquired IML for $155 million U.S., thereby generating the highest return over the history of Novacap. Novacap was awarded the "Deal of the Year" award by the Canadian Venture Capital Association for this transaction.
